We all know the Toronto Yoga Conference and Show is the best place to continue your yoga education no matter what level you are! However, that’s not all we offer. Our GIANT 460,000 sq. ft. space at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre allows us to host Canada’s widest range of yoga, health and wellness vendors all in ONE place.

What can I find on the Toronto Yoga Show Floor?

Over 300 Vendors

Something as exciting as Canada’s largest yoga conference is sure to attract a lot of diverse vendors. And our vendors offer much more than yoga mats and blocks—although there will plenty of those too! You can also expect a wide range of vendors providing:

  • Health Food
  • Apparel
  • Jewelry
  • Retreat Centres
  • Yoga Studios
  • Health and Wellness Services (many with demos!)
  • Music
  • Full exhibitor list can be found here

DSC_0379Open Yoga Classes in The Yoga Garden

If you don’t feel ready to register for one of our many specialty workshops throughout the weekend, you can join an open class on the Yoga Show floor instead. From Friday to Sunday, we offer drop-in yoga classes all day so you can experience some of Canada’s best teachers for yourself. Just remember to arrive early! Yoga Garden classes are offered on a first-come-first-served basis only.

Open Cultural Arts Sessions

Explore your spiritual and artistic side throughout the weekend with over 20 hours of Cultural Arts offerings on the Yoga Show floor. Deepen your meditation practice, participate in a Kirtan performance or explore new applications alongside fellow yogis. You’re sure to learn something new about yourself or your practice.

An Evening Event for Everyone

Sometimes you can’t just get enough yoga in during the day. We have a special evening event every night to help keep the yoga fun going well past show floor closing from Thursday March 30 to Saturday April 1. This year we’re pleased to present:

March 30 – Yoga Rave with Megan Marie Gates & DJ Liz Diaz

Don’t hold back! This cerebral event allows you to let go to jungle and tropical heat inspired beats. Your soul will light up with yoga, ecstatic dance and electronic music complete with a sleep meditation at the end to send you home balanced and grounded.

March 31 – Kirtan Concert w/ Shonna Brown & John Bauld

It may be called a “concert” but that doesn’t mean it isn’t participatory! Kirtan is an old yoga tradition allowing you to release from the daily chatter of your mind and experience bliss and empowerment. With Sanskrit chants led by two extraordinarily talented yogi musicians, you’ll feel your heart open as you connect to the sounds and feelings of the community around you.

April 1 – A Sacred Music Concert w/ Darren Austin Hall

Singing bowls, angelic guitar, poetry and ancient music come together for a one-of-a-kind experience from Darren Austin Hall. Darren acts as a channel for the divine with his music, while weaving in his own original compositions. Join in the music to connect to something bigger than yourself for a couple hours in your evening.
